Nasim Sh-Moghaddam

Clinical Dietician

Nasim is an experienced, motivated and passionate Accredited Practicing Dietitian with clinical dietetic experience in both acute and outpatient settings. She is dedicated to providing high quality and evidence based nutrition care with an emphasis on patient centred practice.

Nasim works Wednesdays and bulk bills the co-op members referred to her through a GP management plan.

Sarah Johnston

Social Worker

Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Social Work. After graduating with her Masters from the University of New England and living in Armidale for two years enjoying rural Social Work, Sarah moved to Canberra with her two French bulldogs Audrey and Koji in 2019 to enjoy the regional lifestyle and bush of the Capital, the lack of stressful traffic commuting to work, and the excellent market lifestyle. Sarah enjoys all aspects of Social Work with skills in Alcohol and Drug recovery, grief and loss,  and a special interest in empowering women who are Survivors of domestic and family abuse to live free of violence.  Sarah is easy to talk to, and has excellent knowledge of services in Canberra that empower patients to live their best life.

Xu Wei

Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours, class one)

Xu Wei graduated Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours, class one) from Charles Sturt University.  He has worked at several pharmacies in Canberra where he has been in charge of the dispensary and had a staff supervisory role. Wei is a registered pharmacist with medication review accreditation who is committed to providing quality patient-centred care. He is passionate about educating patients on medication-related issues, optimising medication regimens,  and preventive health care. 

Belle Luks

Senior Nurse

Belle is an experienced registered nurse who hails from Canberra. After gaining valuable expertise in Melbourne, the Northern Territory, and Sydney, she has returned to her hometown to serve the local community.

Belle places a strong emphasis on patient education, recognising its importance in enabling individuals to make informed decisions about their health. As the senior nurse co-ordinating IHCO’s Healthy Ageing Program 2023 – 2024 Belle is committed to providing holistic care and actively contributing to the well-being of her patients and the broader community.
