On 11 April 2025, the business was licensed to Idameneo (No 123) Pty Ltd ACN 002 968 185 as trustee for the Artlu Unit Trust ABN 26 855 078 645 Pty Ltd, trading as ForHealth (ForHealth) (“the Licensee”).

The Licensee has now re-commenced operations of the business and is providing services to patients.
